CODE OF CONDUCT
(LAW 1336 OF 2009)
MINIMUM COMMITMENTS TO BE ASSUMED BY ALL TOURIST SERVICE PROVIDERS (resolution 3840 of December 24, 2009) (Pursuant to Law 1336 of 2009, the adoption and adherence to this Code of Conduct is a requirement for registration in the National Tourism Registry and for its updating).
In order to counteract exploitation, pornography and sexual tourism with children and adolescents, at Hostal del Cielo in compliance with Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009 and Resolution 3840 of 2009, we are committed to the following legal obligations:

1. We refrain from giving information to tourists, directly or through an intermediary person, about places from where they coordinate about places from where we coordinate or where we practice commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
2. We refrain from leading tourists, directly or through third parties, to establishments or places where commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents is practiced establishments or places where commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents is practiced, as well as from taking them to places where tourists are staying, for purposes of commercial sexual exploitation of children of commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
3. We refrain from providing vehicles on tourist routes for the purpose of exploitation or sexual abuse of children and adolescents.
4. We prevent the entry of children and adolescents to the hotel for purposes of exploitation or sexual abuse.
5. Prevent the entry of children and adolescents to hotels or places of accommodation and lodging, bars, similar businesses and other establishments where tourist services are provided, for purposes of exploitation or sexual abuse.
6. Adopt measures to prevent personnel linked to the company in any capacity whatsoever from offering tourist services that allow sexual activity with children and adolescents.
7. To protect national or foreign children and adolescents from all forms of exploitation and sexual violence originated by national or foreign tourists.
8. Report to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism and other knowledge by any means, as well as the suspicion of these, related to sexual exploitation of children and adolescents and ensure that within the company there are channels to report to the competent authorities such facts.
9. Design and disseminate within the company and with its suppliers of goods and services, a policy in which the provider establishes measures to prevent and counteract all forms of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in travel and tourism.
10. Train all personnel linked and to be linked to the company, as well as suppliers that by the nature of their activities have contact with tourists, on the issue of prevention of commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
11. To inform its users about the legal consequences in Colombia of sexual exploitation and abuse of children and adolescents.
12. Post in a public and visible place in the establishment or establishments of commerce this Code of Conduct and other commitments that the provider wishes to assume in order to protect children and adolescents.
